Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...South Central Nebraska and North Central Kansas Locations outside of the warning will still be expected to reach elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
