In southwest Nebraska, Chase, Frontier, Hayes, Lincoln and Perkins. * WHEN...Today through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered areas of locally heavy rainfall could redevelop late this afternoon into this evening. A lull in precipitation is then likely from late this evening though the overnight hours.
