...HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM MDT /8 PM CDT/ THIS EVENING... * WHAT...Daytime temperatures around 103 to 107 degrees. Overnight temperatures may remain above 75 degrees, especially east of Highway 25. * WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Colorado, northwest Kansas, and southwest Nebraska. * WHEN...Until 7 PM MDT /8 PM CDT/ this evening. * IMPACTS...Increased risk for heat related illnesses. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Symptoms of heat exhaustion include heavy sweating, paleness, muscle cramps, weakness, dizziness, headache, nausea, vomiting, and fainting. Seek medical help if symptoms get worse or last for more than an hour. &&
