accumulations between 4 and 6 inches. Localized totals up to a
foot. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Wilkin County. In North Dakota, Ransom,
Richland, and Sargent Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Saturday to 7 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow, frequently reducing visibility
below a half mile, will make travel dangerous, especially in open
country.
