with little additional snow or accumulations expected. For the
Winter Storm Warning, heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 8 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota,
including the James River Valley.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this
evening. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 AM Friday to 4 PM CDT
Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of snow and blowing
snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Saturday morning and evening commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of freezing rain could fall across
far southern North Dakota later tonight into early Friday morning.
