The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Sunday afternoon through early Sunday evening. * WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * AFFECTED AREA...Northwest and north central North Dakota and parts of the southwest and south central. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
