Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota, including the James River Valley. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 7 PM CDT this evening. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 7 AM Friday to 4 PM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of snow and blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility.
