Total snow accumulations around 3 to 7 inches, with a low chance for locally higher amounts in the southern James River Valley. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast North Dakota, including the James River Valley. * WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. TThe hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes, as well as the Thursday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Another round of accumulating snow is expected Friday into Saturday.
