...SILVER ALERT...

This Silver Alert is being transmitted at the request of the
North Dakota Highway Patrol and the North Dakota Bureau of
Criminal Investigation at the request of Wahpeton Police
Department.

Alfred Odden of Wahpeton, ND is a 73 year old white male. He is 5
feet 11 inches tall, weighs between 160 and 180 pounds, and has
short grayish hair and green eyes. His last known whereabouts were
on April 2nd, 2026 in Valley City, North Dakota. He is believed
to be driving a Teal 1994 Ford F150 with red topper, North Dakota
license MEUCCI2. Alfred is a vulnerable adult and was last seen at
Casey's Gas Station in Valley City, North Dakota on April 2nd,
2026. He was wearing a purple zip up jacket with a possible W
emblem on front and tan pants. If you have any information

...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM FRIDAY TO 7 PM
CDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow and patchy blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Friday to 7 PM CDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult to impossible. The
combination of falling snow and winds will lead to periods of
blowing snow that may briefly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Friday evening commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
