In North Dakota, Pembina, Eastern Walsh, Eddy, Nelson, Grand Forks, Griggs, Steele, Traill, Barnes, Cass, Ransom, Sargent, Richland and Western Walsh. * WINDS...South 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 16 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control.
