Winds could gust as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and much of north central North Dakota. * WHEN...From 6 PM CST this evening through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause damage to trees and power lines. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of light freezing rain could produce a glaze of ice accumulation early this evening in the Turtle Mountains area.
