The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has cancelled the Fire Weather Watch. * AFFECTED AREA...In North Dakota, Towner, Cavalier, Benson and Ramsey. * WINDS...South 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southerly winds will remain elevated this afternoon with RH improving slightly overnight before again falling monday afternoon today, with extremely warm temperatures. The hot temperatures, low relative humidity values, and strong southerly winds bring critical fire weather conditions today. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
