...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ MONDAY FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA INCLUDING THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY... * WINDS...South 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Poor humidity recoveries tonight, followed by relative humidity as low as 18 percent Monday afternoon into the evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Much of south central North Dakota including the James River Valley. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now, or will shortly.
