* WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 45.0 feet, Flood waters will affect lowlands along
the east bank of the river with some minor overflow along the west
bank.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:00 AM EDT Tuesday the stage was 36.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 44.2 feet Thursday
morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Friday
evening.
- Flood stage is 42.0 feet.
