West Central Iredell County in the piedmont of North Carolina... * WHEN...Until 200 PM EDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 PM EDT, Catawba River levels continued to rise with the possibility of Lookout Shoals Lake exceeding 104 feet by this evening, leading to significant inundation of low-lying areas, which includes yards, docks and boat launch areas.
