* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central North Carolina, including the
following county, Davidson.

* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 434 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lexington, Thomasville and Welcome.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding on streets and in low-lying and poor
drainage areas.

- At 328 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville,
Clemmons, McLeansville, Summerfield, Stokesdale, Walkertown,
Pleasant Garden, Jamestown, Colfax, Oak Hollow Marina, Sedge
Garden, Lake Brandt, Belews Creek, Belews Lake, Lake Jeanette
