especially at higher elevations.

* WHERE...In North Carolina, Alleghany NC County. In Virginia,
Carroll, Craig, Floyd, Giles, Alleghany VA, Bath, Botetourt,
Roanoke, and Rockbridge Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
