For the Extreme Cold Watch, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 2 above possible. * WHERE...Mainland Dare, Mainland Hyde, Tyrrell, and Washington Counties. * WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 6 AM to 9 PM EST Saturday. For the Extreme Cold Watch, from Saturday evening through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
