* WHERE...Portions of the southern mountains and foothills of North
Carolina, northern Upstate South Carolina, and far northeast
Georgia.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use low-beam headlights and fog lamps, and
leave plenty of distance ahead of you. Fog will be patchy in some
areas, and following these guidelines will ensure drivers are ready
to react to a sudden loss in visibility if fog is encountered.
