PM THURSDAY...

Breezy westerly winds around 10 to 15 mph with gusts up around 20 to
25 mph will overlap with relative humidities falling into the 20 to
30 percent range inland and 30 to 45 percent range along the OBX
Thursday afternoon leading to an increased fire danger for much of
Eastern North Carolina.

Outdoor burning is discouraged. Please refer to your local burn
permitting authority on whether you can burn. If you do burn, use
extreme caution and ensure fire suppression equipment is readily
available.
