For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected. * WHERE...Daniels, Northern Valley, Sheridan, and Roosevelt Counties. * WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 5 PM MST Friday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 8 PM Friday to 10 AM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power bumps. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
