* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 120, 122 and 134.

* WIND...Northeast at 15 to 25 mph, gusting as high as 35 mph.

* HUMIDITY...As low as 17 percent.

* THUNDERSTORMS...None expected.

* HIGHEST THREAT...Near the North Dakota border.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly
toward the southwest. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
