Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. * WHERE...Northern Blaine County. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile at times due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on sudden changes in road and weather conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain and snow showers developing this afternoon will transition to a period of snow late this afternoon and evening. Gusty northwest winds and sharply falling temperatures are expected to develop this afternoon through this evening. This may cause previously wet surfaces to become icy as temperatures fall.
