Additional snow accumulations up to one inch, with a light glaze of ice. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Eastern Toole and Liberty Counties, Hill County, Northern Blaine County, and Bears Paw Mountains and Southern Blaine. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 11 AM MST this morning. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday morning through late Friday night. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures rapidly dropping behind the arctic front Thursday afternoon will cause a flash freeze on roadways and bridges.
