MST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 30 below expected.

* WHERE...Northern, Central and Southeast Phillips, Valley, Daniels,
Roosevelt and Sheridan Counties.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 10 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged
exposure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The coldest wind chills will be tonight and
Sunday night, with limited recovery Sunday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
