THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. A missing and endangered person alert is being sent out for Heather Louise Howell. Heather is a 31 year old white female who is 5 feet and 7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has blonde hair and hazel eyes. Law enforcement has reason to believe that Heather is in danger and is experiencing a mental crisis. She is known to be driving a 2005 white Toyota Avalon with plate number 7 1 1 4 3 4 E.
