Total snow accumulations between 5 and 10 inches. * WHERE...Treasure, Custer, and Northern Rosebud. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM MST Friday. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 5 AM Friday to 8 AM MST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Rapidly falling temperatures combined with rain changing to snow may result in a flash freeze on roadways this evening. Travel may become treacherous during this time.
