For the second High Wind Warning, westerly winds 30 to 50 mph with gusts up to 80 mph expected to develop late tonight through Wednesday. * WHERE...Cascade County below 5000ft and Judith Basin County and Judith Gap. * WHEN...For the first High Wind Warning, until 11 AM MST this morning. For the second High Wind Warning, from 3 AM Wednesday to midnight MST Wednesday Night. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult to dangerous, especially for high profile vehicles. Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are expected. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
