Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Cascade County, including the Little Belt and Highwood Mountains, Southern High Plains, and Judith Basin County and Judith Gap. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 AM to 11 PM MST Thursday.
