Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches, greatest near the Beartooth Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Northern Carbon, Red Lodge Foothills, and Southeastern Carbon. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 AM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Snow and blowing snow will impact travel at times. This includes travel along Highway 212 and 310, and State Highway 72. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute today and the morning commute Thursday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds are expected to occur along Highway 310 and State Highway 72 near and south of Bridger.
