* WHAT...Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations
between 1 and 5 inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 55
mph.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Montana.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Whiteout
conditions are possible with blowing and drifting snow which could
make travel extremely hazardous. The hazardous conditions could
impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes. Strong
winds could bring down tree branches.
