Winds could gust as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Montana. * WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Plan on slippery road conditions. Whiteout conditions are possible with blowing and drifting snow which could make travel extremely hazardous.
