southwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.

* WHERE...Madison River Valley.

* WHEN...For the first High Wind Warning, until 11 AM MST Tuesday.
For the second High Wind Warning, from 3 AM Wednesday to midnight
MST Wednesday Night.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
high profile vehicles. Damaging winds will blow down trees and
power lines. Power outages are expected. Travel will be very
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
