For the second High Wind Warning, from 3 AM Wednesday to midnight MST Wednesday Night. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are expected.
