...Strong and Gusty Winds... Southwest to west surface winds of between 35 to 45 mph, with gusts of 65 to 75 mph, will continue through the remainder of the evening hours and early Friday morning. Winds will gradually, and briefly, decrease between 2 AM and 5 AM Friday before increasing thereafter. Travelers, especially those in high profile vehicles, should be prepared for strong cross winds. Additionally, blowing dust could lead to significant reductions in visibility.
