Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations between
1 and 3 inches possible.

* WHERE...The Interstate 15 Corridor north of Power, and Northern
High Plains.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 3 PM MST this
afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late tonight through
late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
