Total ice accumulations around a light glaze. * WHERE...Eastern Toole and Liberty Counties, Hill County, and Northern Blaine County. * WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Very slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The freezing rain may eventually transition to be fog instead of freezing drizzle late evening.
