Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow is expected to develop Thursday afternoon and intensify overnight before tapering off Friday afternoon.
