* WHERE...In Louisiana, Lower St. Bernard, Southeast St. Tammany
and Eastern Orleans Parishes. In Mississippi, Southern Hancock
County.

* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, until 8 PM CDT
this evening. For the second Coastal Flood Advisory, from 11 AM
to 8 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional Coastal Advisories will be
possible during high tide on Friday.
