Waves of 5 to 7 feet in the sounds and tidal lakes, and seas 9 to 14 ft in the open Gulf waters expected. * WHERE...All of the sounds, tidal lakes and open Gulf waters. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 7 AM CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
