At 24 feet, Some county roads in the area will become flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 17.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 21 feet early Thursday morning.
