* WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Flooding will occur at low spots along U.S.
Highway 90 from Orange Grove to Moss Point. Some residences and
business structures will be threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
