up to 40 mph expected into this evening, shifting to northwest
tonight. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as
23 possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central,
northeast, south central, southeast, southwest, and west central
Mississippi.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until noon CDT Monday. For the
Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive
