* IMPACTS...At 25 feet, extensive flooding of agricultural land is
occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.1 feet and nearly
steady.
- Forecast...The river is nearing crest at 25.2 feet and is
expected to remain near that level through early Thursday
before beginning a slow fall.
- Flood stage is 22 feet.
