* WHAT...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal
flooding expected during high tide cycles.

* WHERE...In Louisiana, Lower St. Bernard, Southeast St. Tammany
and Eastern Orleans Parishes. In Mississippi, Southern Hancock
County.

* WHEN...For the first Coastal Flood Advisory, from noon today
to 8 PM CDT this evening. For the second Coastal Flood
Advisory, from 11 AM to 8 PM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only
isolated road closures expected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional Coastal Flood Advisories will be
possible during high tide on Friday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
