At 25.0 feet, County Highway E near Valley City and Highway 23 near the Perry State Wildlife Area are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.9 feet tomorrow evening. At 23.0 feet, Flooding occurs at the west approach to the N Highway bridge located 0.2 miles west of Blairstown.
