Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 519 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain due to thunderstorms fell across the headwaters of Tavern Creek and tributaries. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly along Tavern Creek this evening into tonight from the earlier heavy rainfall in the warned area.
