Streams remain elevated due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 837 PM CDT, Emergency management confirmed heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms on Monday. Flooding is ongoing. Several roads remained closed throughout area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
