Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 212 AM CDT, Flat Creek in Barry County was rising significantly due to previous rainfall. - This includes the following low water crossings... Flat Creek at Highway U, Flat Creek at Highway C, Flat Creek at Highway Y and Rockhouse Creek at Farm Road 2145. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
