* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Missouri, including
the following counties, in central Missouri, Cooper, Pettis and
Saline. In west central Missouri, Henry, Johnson and Lafayette.

* WHEN...Until noon CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 153 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Flooding is expected to continue through
tonight. Do not drive through flood waters.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Sedalia, Warrensburg, Marshall, Clinton, Windsor, Knob
Noster, Concordia, Sweet Springs, Whiteman Air Force Base, La
Monte, Smithton, Green Ridge, Calhoun, Otterville, Houstonia,
Whiteman Afb, Coal, Emma, Nelson and Hughesville.

- At 148 PM CDT, the public reported flooding in the warned
area. Several roads are closed in the warning area. Flooding
is expected to continue through tonight.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Boonville, Pilot Grove, Bunceton, Prairie Home, Wooldridge
and Lamine.

advisory area. A few roads remain closed in Chariton, Howard,

Moberly, Marshall, Boonville, Macon, Brookfield, Fayette,
Marceline, Slater, Salisbury, Huntsville, Glasgow, New

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Lamine River near Otterville.

* WHEN...From this morning to Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Low lying woodlands and fields along the
river flood.
At 18.0 feet, Some gravel roads upstream and downstream from
Otterville are under water. In addition State Highway 135 may be
overtopped by flood waters 2 miles north of Clifton City.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.3
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow afternoon.
- Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Petite Saline Creek near Boonville.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Low lying woodlands and fields near the
creek flood.
At 19.5 feet, The creek floods U Highway about 4 miles southeast
of Boonville.
At 23.1 feet, Water reaches the bottom of U Highway bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 19.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.1
feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

flood.
At 29.0 feet, Livestock in pastures along the river may be
endangered. Extensive damage also occurs to cropland and pasture.
At 31.0 feet, The Missouri-Pacific railroad tracks are overtopped.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 28.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 30.4
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
Monday afternoon.
