begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 15.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning to a crest of 17.2 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow
afternoon.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
