* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at Winfield.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday, May 05.

* IMPACTS...At 29.5 feet, Highway B in eastern St. Charles County
floods near the Dardenne Creek bridge.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 28.7 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
at 10:30 PM CDT Monday was 28.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.6 feet
Wednesday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Monday,
May 04.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cuivre River at Old Monroe.

* WHEN...From this evening to late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...At 24.5 feet, Extensive left bank agricultural flooding
develops upstream of the gage.  A utility road is flooded along the
Old Monroe levee along the left bank upstream of the gage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 23.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this evening to a crest of 24.6 feet early Wednesday afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

* WHEN...From late tonight to late Wednesday night.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Considerable agricultural land is flooded
between Troy and Moscow Mills.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 12.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tonight to a crest of 22.8 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage late tomorrow evening.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
